Ingredients:

Fresh salmon filet
salt and pepper

Vegetable sides:

1 broccoli
1 garlic
2 cm of ginger
Olive oil
Butter
Salt & Pepper

Method

To use a griddle pan, preheat it over medium-high heat for 5 minutes before cooking on it, which will allow the entire surface of the pan to get hot.

Get your fresh and clean salmon filet with skin on. Season it with sea salt and pepper. Then, place the salmon skin side down on the griddle pan. Push the fish down with a bit of pressure from your hand.

If you notice, we don’t use any olive oil, because the grease is rendering slowly while the fish is getting cook.

Grill the skin side for 5  minutes. Then, turn it over nicely and let it grill for 3 minutes.

Once it’s done. Let it sits for one minute before serving it with your favorite veggies.
